Girls' day and vocational orientation day at TAKTOMAT


Within the Girls' day and vocational orientation day on 28th of March 2019, 4 girls and 8 boys of regional schools were guests at TAKTOMAT, the specialist for Automation.

The aim of this day was to give the boys and girls an exciting insight into the current apprenticeship of TAKTOMAT: Industrial mechanics and cutting machine operator.

Especially the girls got an insight into for their unusual professions. It was a very good opportunity for TAKTOMAT to position itself as an attractive employer for their future career choice.


As a highlight the young guests were allowed to make their own components in the various steps filing, scribing, drilling and labeling. The apprentices of TAKTOMAT (from the first and second year of apprenticeship) supported them with advice and action. So the practical task was mastered with great interest and commitment.

In the last step they explored the other departments of the internationally operating company at the factory tour.
