Linear Transfer System LFA HSP

The LFA HSP is one of the fastest chain-based linear transfer systems on the market. It was developed for consistently high cycle rates. With up to 200 cycles per minute, it enables high production output while maintaining stable and repeatable motion sequences.

Typical applications include assembly, testing, and handling processes with short cycle times. The LFA HSP is used in the automotive industry, battery production, electronics manufacturing, medical technology, and safety-critical applications in the defence industry, among others.

Linear Transfer System LFA

The LFA truly shines where the highest precision and controlled motion sequences are required. 

With a positioning accuracy of up to ± 0.04 mm, it provides the foundation for precise assembly, testing, and manufacturing processes, even at high cycle rates.

Thanks to its suitability for cleanroom applications, the LFA is used in the cosmetics industry, the pharmaceutical industry, battery manufacturing, and in safety-critical applications in the defense industry, among others. 

In these sectors, it helps to meet the most stringent requirements for cleanliness, process reliability, and product quality.

Linear Transfer System LATC

The LATC is designed for continuous 24/7 operation. Controlled motion sequences 
and a robust design ensure high system availability and process stability.

Typical applications involve areas where production shutdowns result in high costs — for example, in the automotive industry, battery production, the packaging industry, and defense industry manufacturing facilities.
